A Revista Oficial da Terapia Holística - No 72 /2021 5 ABSTRACT This article is about the living art found while elaborating and teaching classes of manual assignments for classrooms between the 2 nd and 6 th year of elementary school in Waldorf’s Pedagogy and these assignments are composed by a tool used for writing the art of life using your own hands. The classes must be prepared according to your curriculum, be consistent and touch the teacher’s feelings, and only after that connection the students should get involved emotionally, giving sense for that art, and this way, turning that art in a living art. Teaching about life with art is an inner path, tacking the multiple threads of knowledge for the better understanding of the human being through anthroposophy. As a way of research and knowledge, the human arm lined up with the senses can be much more them just a body part: it can be used as an instrument for expressing your inner path in different ways, including the individual gesture, as an artificer, expressing for the whole word the artist’s soul. The classes of handwork promote deep experiences as they are incorporated by the corporal and psychic scope, and the organs that are responsible for the human senses involved in that activity are the windows which the human must use to connect to the external world. The classes are prepared in a way that life can pulse healthfully and the children can get some moody qualities without getting overcharged. The children can also learn and seize inspired by the fantasy offered in the class, arousing their capacity of doing and acting by their own hands, relating the art of hand working with life and for the life, so they can leave it and return it. KEYWORDS: anthroposophy; education; senses; art; life; handwork; Waldorf education.
